Our Team
A Team You Can Trust
Our programs are led by an incredible team of instructors and staff who care deeply about the sailors they teach and the community they serve. Day after day, they set the tone on and off the water - creating an environment that is welcoming, supportive, and grounded in respect and responsibility.
Every member of our instructional staff holds multiple certifications and licenses and has completed at least one to two years of training. Safety is central to everything we do, and our instructors are prepared to manage a wide range of conditions and situations, ensuring sailors are supported, supervised, and able to learn with confidence.
