The MDI Community Sailing Center is open to everyone interested in learning to sail or to those with experience who wish to use our sailboat fleet. If you're an experienced sailor but new to us, one of our staff will check you out. The instructor will monitor from a motorboat while you preform our required skills checklist. This can be done individually or with members of your family/household on board with you. If you are a returning sailor and have previously passed a checkout and want to come sail with us again this summer, registration is now open. Please click here read and print the Boat Usage Handbook the registration form is included in the packet. Please sign the form and mail it to us with your check. On your first day of sailing a staff member will meet you and answer any questions you may with any new policies for this summer. Please come prepared to go right on the water. We look forward to seeing you again.
